Last Saturday, we participated in a one-day group building activity of the company. Although it was only a short day, I benefited a lot.
At the beginning of the group building activity, it seems that everyone, like me, has not been separated from the busy work and tired body, but the coach just adjusted our state in a timely manner through fast team gathering time, sonorous and powerful dialogue and response, and interesting team games. The activity started gradually from the team presentation of each group.
On that day, my group was the fourth group. There were 13 members in the group. They got familiar with each other during the discussion and drill of the team presentation. Some were responsible for writing slogans, some for queuing, and some for overall rehearsal. In the short eight minutes, everyone was responsible for their own duties, which fully demonstrated the strong team spirit.
In a day of group building activities, What impressed me most was “The team building game of lifting the team leader is a game that tests the team’s trust and personal endurance. At that time, we all thought it was an impossible task, so that now, when we think about it, it is still strange. This small game gives full play to our team consciousness and team spirit. We 13 people gathered together closely and tried our best to lift the team leader up, that is Make everyone sweating and trembling, but still persist and encourage each other. We shout our team slogan together. “Never let go” is the voice of all of us. Finally, when the expansion coach announced the end of the group building game, all of us hugged closely. At this moment, I felt that we were closely united. It let us know that there was a strength called unity, and there was a spirit called cooperation, and unity and cooperation can help us overcome all difficulties. In the whole process, what touched me most was the sharing of the team leader. Our team leader said that she was doing her best to keep her body tight from beginning to end, just to lighten the burden of each of our team members.
In the team building outward bound training, each of us is sticking to it and trying to play our part. As long as we persist, we can achieve our goals one by one until we complete the tasks that we think are impossible; In our work, as long as we persist, we can stimulate our personal potential and exert our personal strength. Doing what you can’t do is growth, doing what you dare not do is breakthrough, and doing what you don’t want to do is change.
Thanks to the team building and expansion activities, I met a better person. Don’t let myself down. Change every “I won’t” to “I can”. It’s better to try than never dare to start.
